The UMF Fitness & Recreation Center features:
- A fully-equipped weight room with free weights and machines
- A large cardio fitness area with equipment
- Three multi-purpose courts
- 1/8 mile walking/jogging track

The Fitness & Rec Center offers a wide range of group fitness classes for all levels and abilities: step-aerobics, Zumba, spinning, yoga, pilates, water workout, kick boxing and more. Plus professional fitness trainers, swim lessons, children’s programs, American Red Cross programs and more.
